A modern culinary path grounded in Ayurveda and herbal wisdom.

I now have tons of recipes that nourish and heal, that make me feel better literally from the inside out. I have learned how to consciously up my daily ritual in every aspect of my life is in more in tune, grounded, and available for magic.

I was first introduced to Ayurveda during a yoga retreat (with Zarah).  The meals were delicious and I felt amazing. I was hooked on the science of Ayurveda and tasty dishes! When the opportunity to join the Ayurvedic Chef course opened, I knew instantly it was for me.  The course offered a series on the science of Ayurveda.  The presentations were in depth and fun!  Jenny and Zarah added such a wonderful “flavor” to the slides. The actual cooking segment of the course was held in California and I flew in from Buffalo NY to participate.   It was a 3 day collaborative cooking extravaganza and I did not want it to end. The passion and love from our instructors radiated in the kitchen and into our bellies. We received a copy of the manual and cookbook as well!  I still continue to use the recipes to this day.  I would definitely do it over again!  Well worth the investment. This is a life changing course like no other I've experienced. I turned 60 this year and by following these principles I feel better and have more energy than I did at 50.

Jenny and Zarah share their knowledge in a way that feels both accessible and deeply rooted in wisdom. The course inspired me to slow down, trust my intuition in the kitchen, and connect more deeply with the plants, foods, and rhythms of nature.

The Living Kitchen was such a beautiful and nourishing experience. I came away with so much more than recipes. It deepened my understanding of Ayurveda, seasonal living, and how food can truly be medicine.

I left feeling empowered, inspired, and excited to bring these practices into my home and daily life. I would wholeheartedly recommend this course to anyone wanting a more intentional, holistic relationship with food and wellness.

Calling in all Yogini looking to broaden their understanding of balancing the body and mind through the practice of food. Take your practice deeper. No prior chef experience needed, this class dives deep into the wisdom of Ayurveda in the most exquisite unfolding of culinary affair. It puts the foundation for transformation into your hands for yourself, your family and the world with in your reach. Forever grateful to the knowledge that Jenny and Zarah share.

Jenny and Zarah are such intelligent, creative, grounding, delightful, spiritual, thoughtful and loving guides to facilitate this course. Although I didn’t have time yet to delve deeply into all the recordings, I am walking away feeling nourished and more aware and empowered in how I serve my body — through food and other daily practices. I am thinking more mindfully about what, when, how, why I eat... and the ancient philosophies we can infuse into our eating practices. This feels like an incredible gift to my body and spirit.
