JENNY GRIFFITH
Jenny Griffith is a chef, herbalist, farmer, and Ayurvedic practitioner with over 12 years of experience studying and living the wisdom of Ayurveda. She studied Ayurveda at the San Diego College of Ayurveda, grounding her work in time-honored principles while translating them into practical, modern life.
For the past decade, Jenny has worked as a chef in the San Diego area, specializing in Ayurvedic cuisine, personalized meal prep, and cheffing retreats throughout the United States. She studied culinary arts at the Midwest Culinary Institute in Cincinnati, Ohio, and has since devoted her career to weaving together food, medicine, and the land.
Jenny also holds a Permaculture Design Certification and an Herbalist Certification earned in Lake Atitlán, Guatemala, deepening her commitment to regenerative land stewardship and plant-based healing. Over the years, she has taught numerous courses in women’s health, herbalism, farming, and cooking, and for the past four years has guided students through her Sacred Vedic Chef program.
At the heart of Jenny’s work is devotion to the full-circle process of food and medicine—growing, harvesting, cooking, and healing in alignment with nature. She believes this cyclical relationship is the true way of Ayurveda. Her primary focus is empowering others to grow their own food and medicine with confidence, making Ayurvedic living practical, accessible, and free from overwhelm.

ZARAH KRAVITZ
Zarah is a mother, Ayurvedic practitioner, yogi, and chef with a lifelong devotion to Vedic wisdom, holistic health, and the art of nourishment and self-care.
She received her formal Ayurvedic training at The Ayurveda Institute in New Mexico under the guidance of Dr. Vasant Lad, after first studying at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where she became a Certified Holistic Health Counselor. There, she cultivated a strong foundation in plant-based living, conscious nourishment, and the intimate relationship between food, digestion, and overall wellbeing. Her path naturally expanded into yoga, earning her certification as a Hatha Dharma Yoga Teacher under Sri Dharma Mittra in New York City, deepening her understanding of the body as an integrated, intelligent system.
For over 17 years, Zarah has worked internationally with clients and students through Ayurvedic consultations, detox and rejuvenation programs, teacher trainings, retreats, yoga classes, Ayurvedic massage, chef services, and nutrition workshops.
Today, Zarah weaves together Ayurveda, yoga, astrology, nutrition, postpartum care, and lifestyle guidance to offer personalized and accessible support. Deeply grateful for the sacred knowledge she has received through her teachers and lived experience, she feels honored to pass it along. Her work reflects a sustainable, timeless approach to the art of living—supporting digestion, energy, and clarity so individuals can cultivate harmony and vitality at every stage of life.
